Expanding Support for Galaxy Models in India
Following a surge in complaints on social media regarding the green line display issue, Samsung has expanded its support to include a wider range of models. Previously available for the Galaxy S20 series and Galaxy Note 20 series, this provision now encompasses Galaxy S21, S22, and their respective variants. Users can avail of this service at Samsung Service Centers until April 30, with an option for appointment booking.
Enhanced Customer Support with Free Replacement
In a move to enhance customer satisfaction, Company has extended its support even to devices beyond warranty. Users experiencing the green line display fault on select models like Galaxy S20 Series, Galaxy S21 Series (excluding FE), and Galaxy S22 Ultra (SM-S908E) can now receive a one-time free screen replacement, as confirmed through WhatsApp chat screenshots with Samsung Support.
